پرسشنامه حاضر در جهت جمع آوری داده تحقیقاتی پایان نامه کارشناسی ارشد، از بین دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاههای ایران با هدف بررسی رابطه مستقیم و بی واسطه زبانی و غیر زبانی معلم های زبان انگلیسی به عنوان زبان خارجی و محیط اجتماعی کلاس زبان انگلیسی به عنوان زبان خارجی تهیه و تنظیم شده است.لذا خواهشند است پاسخ های خود را در نهایت دقت و صراحت بدون ذکر نام مرقوم نمایید.
